the*gamehers is a media platform and social networking community for women and femme-identifying gamers. The organization is known for its annual awards ceremony.
In February 2022, the organization launched its Collegiate Discord server, promising a space for members to vent, find advice for breaking into the video game industry, or meet other collegiate gamers.
The Discord community boasts over 800 members sharing events, resources, and more.

Additionally, they promise to feature partnered schools on TGH’s website and social media “upon onboarding completion”.
To get involved, college esports organizations must complete a short form with the following information:
- School or Organization name
- City / State of school or organization
- Point of contact’s name
- Point of contact’s email
- Point of contact’s pronouns
- Sign the*gamehers Code of Conduct
- Upload school or organization’s logo
Organizations must sign TGH’s Code of Contact, a set of behavioral guidelines for those participating in TGH-sponsored events.
The primary focus of the Collegiate Program appears to be the Discord server and they have not yet announced any changes or new events for 2024.
